Learn how to delete CPM Agent remnants on your machine. This procedure is useful if you are having trouble reinstalling a CPM Agent component on an endpoint.
To remove CPM Agent remnants:
- Login to IBM Endpoint Manager (IEM) console.
- Go to Fixlets and Tasks and search for fixlet 158.
- Click Take Action.
- Select or enter the endpoint name of the target device.
- Click OK to start the deployment.
- Once the status changed to "Success", reboot the machine.
You can now re-deploy CPM. If the issue persists, run the Case Diagnostic Tool and contact Trend Micro Technical Support for assistance.
