This article enumerates the known issues that you may encounter in Trend Micro Portable Security 2.0 SP3.
Below are the known issues of TMPS 2.0 SP3:
- After importing the Management Program settings, originally registered Scanning Tool devices will only be recognized and registered to the restored Management Program. This happens if the connection port, IP address, and password of the Management Program are manually set to its original values.
- To safely remove a Scanning Tool from a Windows 10 operating system, users will have to right-click each of the two drives using the Safely Remove Hardware icon in the system tray.
- Scheduled scans and scheduled updates will not execute if the endpoint is logged out before or at the scheduled start time.
