Unable to get Unmanaged Endpoints feature to work in OfficeScan (OSCE)

Summary

When going to the Unmanged Endpoints and setting a score for either the Active Directory or IP address, nothing happens when you click on Save and Reassess. There is no progress bar showing the environment being assessed.

To resolve the issue, please make sure that the following folders have been created under the ..\PCCSRV\Log directory. If the folders are not there, manually create them:

  • Outside Server Management Report
  • Security Compliance Report
