The "The specified Control Manager certificate file is not valid." message appears when there is an error in registration. Perform the following check:
- Make sure the TMCM certificate is valid. Import the certificate from the following location on the TMCM server: <Control Manager installation folder>\Certificate\CA\TMCM_CA_Cert.pem when registering OfficeScan to TMCM.
- If there is a proxy between the OSCE server and TMCM, make sure that the OSCE server trusts the proxy. Follow steps below to install proxy certification:
