To resolve the issue:
- Stop the TMEAC Server service.
- Backup and delete the acserver folder, located in ..\Trend Micro\Endpoint Application Control\AcServer\webapps\. Make sure that the backup copy of the acserver folder is saved in a different directory.
- Start the TMEAC Server service. Verify that a new acserver folder is created.
- Access the console and check if the error is still there.
