An API key is used to differentiate the DDAN servers. If the API key of the new and the existing server is the same, the error will occur. The API key can be checked by going to Help > About in the DDAN console.

If the API key is the same, do the following:

  1. Go to the RDQA page, then go to System Settings.
  2. Under the API Key section, click Generate to generate a new API key.
  3. Click Save.

Once a different API key is generated, the new DDAN server can be added to TMCM.
