The workaround for the issue is as follows:
- Remove the old PHP version in Control Panel.
The logs will provide the PHP version e.g. Faulting application name: php-cgi.exe, version: 7.0.6.0. Check Programs & Features for a listed version of PHP installed. If found and not used by any other program, remove it.
If there are concerns about this, please contact Trend Micro Technical Support for assistance.
- Check if Microsoct Visual C++ Redistributable 2015 x86 and x64 are installed. If Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2015 x86 and x64 are not installed, please install them.
For reference: Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015.
- Restart OfficeScan Master Service, IIS Admin Service, and World Wide Web Service.
