The Control Manager (TMCM) WebUI login page is missing some texts when opened in Internet Explorer

After installing or upgrading TMCM to a new version, the login page is missing some texts and at the same time you encounter errors when logging in.

This issue happens when Internet Explorer security settings prevents internet cookies and cache from loading when opening the TMCM WebUI.

To solve this, add Control Manager URL in Trusted Sites.

  1. Open Internet Explorer and go to Internet Options.

    Go to Internet Options

  2. Go to the Security tab and select Trusted sites as the zone then click Sites.

    Select Trusted sites

  3. In the Add this website to the zone field, enter the Control Manager URL then click Add.

  4. Go to the General tab and delete the browsing history.
  5. Close Internet Explorer and reopen the TMCM WebUI using an Internet Explorer browser.

  6. Verify if you can now log in.
