"Failed - Network Error" message appears when downloading an OfficeScan (OSCE) Security Agent Package from the web console of Control Manager (TMCM) 7.0

Summary

The OSCE Agent package can be downloaded from the TMCM 7.0 Web Console by going to Administration > Security Agent Download. However, when you click on the Download Agent button, the error message “Failed – Network error” appears and the download does not proceed. This can happen to both Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.

To solve this issue, add the TMCM 7.0 URL (e.g. https://tmcm_server_fqdn:[ssl_port]) in the Trusted Sites of your Web Browser. For instructions, click the browser that you are using below:
