The OSCE Agent package can be downloaded from the TMCM 7.0 or Apex Central™ Web Console by going to Administration > Security Agent Download. However, when you click on the Download Agent button, the error message “Failed – Network error” appears and the download does not proceed. This can happen to both Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.
To solve this issue, add the TMCM 7.0/Apex Central™ URL (e.g. https://tmcm_server_fqdn:[ssl_port]) in the Trusted Sites of your Web Browser. For instructions, click the browser that you are using below:
