Adblock Chrome extension issue with Kaseya plugin in Remote Manager 5.5

Summary

The following issues in Kaseya plugin are encountered:

  • Unable to import Trend Micro clients in Kaseya plugin
  • After selecting any client and clicking Import to Trend Micro, it automatically goes to Trend Micro Customer page without import wizard popping up.
  • Unable to deploy Security Agents via Kaseya plugin
  • When clicking Deploy Agent, the confirmation wizard does not pop up.

To resolve this:

  1. In Google Chrome, click the Customize and control icon,
  2. Go to More tools > Extensions.
  3. Disable or uninstall all Adblock applications.

  4. Try deploying the Security Agent or importing Trend Micro customer again.
