It has been reported that OfficeScan (OSCE) XG Critical Patch 1737 contains an issue, which causes the OSCE agent to keep switching scan methods between Conventional Scan and Smart Scan. The problematic package has been temporarily removed from the Download Center for further investigation.
According to current investigations, the issue happens when the following criteria are met:
- OSCE agent build is 1737
- OSCE agent is using Update Agent as update source
