  2. Android agent version is lower than what the server requires
  3. Android agent malware pattern is lower than what the server requires
  1. On the Web console, check the “Security” tab on the device detail page to check if agent version or malware pattern need to be upgraded
  2. On the Web console, check the “Policy” tab on device detail page and see if the sub-policy is out of sync
Non-compliant (MDM mode)Device is not compliant with the server policy.-
Inactive
  1. Agent is uninstalled by device owner
  2. Device is in out of sync status for more than 15 days.
