  • OfficeScan as a Service - Resolved issues:
     
    OfficeScan changes will be deferred to next month’s scheduled maintenance. Only Security for Mac fixes will be included in this month’s update, on January 17, 2018.
  • Security for Mac (TMSM) - Resolved issues:
    • Import PR module 1.2.1128 build
    • TMSM agent's status log is not sent to Control Manager (TMCM) due to register time being equal to the time of sending TMSM agent tree structure
    • OfficeScan service cannot be stopped successfully when applying a hot fix
    • Unable to move TMSM agents via web console

Impact during change period

  • New customers - Unable to prepare OfficeScan as a Service console
  • Existing customers - Unable to change OfficeScan as a Service policies or settings
 
All endpoints with an OfficeScan agent and TMSM agent are still protected during maintenance.
