TMMS users encounter an issue where websites are blocked even if they are not included in the blocked list of TMMS.
This article provides information on how this issue can be resolved.
This issue happens because the Web Reputation Service (WRS) block list misbehaves due to lack of permissions from the device. To resolve this issue, the Accessibility service for TMMS must be enabled. Do the following steps:
- Open the Settings app on your Android device.
- Go to Accessibility.
- Look for the Services section, then turn on for the Ent TMMS Agent.
