You experience session timeouts when synchronizing OfficeScan agents and domains.

To resolve the synchronization issue:

  1. Stop the CM agent service on the OfficeScan server.
  2. Rename/Delete OSCE_Client.txt in the CMAgent directory.
  3. Start the CM agent service and perform another sync.

Synchronizing agents and domains should now proceed smoothly.
