You experience session timeouts when synchronizing OfficeScan agents and domains.
To resolve the synchronization issue:
- Stop the CM agent service on the OfficeScan server.
- Rename/Delete OSCE_Client.txt in the CMAgent directory.
- Start the CM agent service and perform another sync.
Synchronizing agents and domains should now proceed smoothly.
