Users are unable to received messages that were sent using the SMS Sender of TMMS.
This issue may happen if the SMS Sender status is disconnected, or if the SMS Sender application is not installed.
To resolve this issue, follow the recommendations below:
- Check the configuration on console, the status of SMS Sender should be connected.
- Install SMS Sender application for the TMMS Android client, and properly configure the following:
- Server address
- Port (default is 443)
- Phone number
