After renewing the AC, the license information of TMMS cannot be updated.
This issue can happen because the License Update URL, found in the TmOMSM.ini file, is incorrect.
To update the license information, the TmOMSM.ini file should be updated with the correct License Update URL. To do this, following the steps below:
- Go to the TMMS for Enterprise installation folder, and open the TmOMSM.ini file using a text editor.
- Find the line for "Prserver".
- Change the URL, from http://licenseupdate.trendmicro.com/ollu/license_update.aspx to https://licenseupdate.trendmicro.com/ollu/license_update.aspx. The change in the URL is only from HTTP to HTTPS.
- Save the changes.
After making the changes, the license information can now be updated without problems.
