Summary

Trend Micro Apex One™ as a Service will reschedule its upgrade of OfficeScan as a Service provisions in the following customer environments:

  • Running in Hybrid Mode (Registered OfficeScan as a Service to On-Premise Control Manager)
  • Currently managing agents running on following platforms: Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows Vista, and Windows 2008

To prevent deploying Apex One agents to non-supported platforms, Trend Micro will deploy an OfficeScan as a Service hot fix first before upgrading customer provisions to Apex One™ as a Service.

  • December 12 — Perform maintenance on affected OfficeScan as a Service provisions to apply the hot fix that blocks agent upgrades on non-supported endpoints
  • December 19 — Perform OfficeScan as a Service to Apex One™ as a Service provision upgrade
