Resolved Known Issues

This Critical Patch resolves the following issue:

Issue: In ScanMail for Microsoft Exchange 12.5, the Predictive Machine Learning and Virtual Analyzer features are not compatible with Advanced Threat Scan Engine (ATSE) 11.x.
Solution: This Critical Patch enables Predictive Machine Learning and Virtual Analyzer to work with ATSE 11.x.
Note: Trend Micro plans to release ATSE 11.x to ScanMail for Microsoft Exchange 12.5 in Q1, 2019.

Who Should Install This Release

Administrators currently running ScanMail for Microsoft Exchange 12.5 Service Pack 1 should install this Critical Patch.

Upgrade path: 12.5 GM > 12.5 SP1 > 12.5 SP1 Critical Patch 1
