Trend Micro Apex One™ as a Service provisions will enter hibernate mode after a period of inactivity.
How do we define inactive provisions?
Provisions are considered inactive if they have 0 agents deployed and the user has not logged in to the Apex Central console for more than 7 days.
How to restore provisions in hibernate mode?
Users logging in to provisions that are in hibernate mode will be redirected to the wake-up portal, where they can reactivate their provision.
