- For ConnectWise ticketing improvement, partners need to contact Technical Support to enable the feature and ConnectWise should already be integrated with TMRM.
- Starting with version 5.9, Long Beta mode will no longer be available since TMRM will now have a Feature Flag mechanism that controls feature availability for partners. The Export Detection Summary feature in Long Beta mode will still be available for partners who are using it. Please contact Technical Support if you need to enable this feature.
