New Event Notifications for Worry-Free Business Security Services

The following system event notifications are available for Worry-Free Business Security Services customers:

  • Security Agent offline: The number of Security Agents that have not reported to the server during the configured period
  • Scan not completed: The number of Security Agents that did not complete a Scheduled or Manual Scan (Normal or Aggressive) for more than the specified number of days
Customer Search Capability in Kaseya Plug-inYou can filter results on the Kaseya customer page based on the Kaseya Organization Name.
Customizable Ticket Settings for ConnectWise ManageYou can use Ticket profiles to allow Remote Manager to send event notifications to specific service boards in ConnectWise Manage, which you can then use to create global, or customer-specific tickets on a per event basis
 
  • For ConnectWise ticketing improvement, partners need to contact Technical Support to enable the feature and ConnectWise should already be integrated with TMRM.
  • Starting with version 5.9, Long Beta mode will no longer be available since TMRM will now have a Feature Flag mechanism that controls feature availability for partners. The Export Detection Summary feature in Long Beta mode will still be available for partners who are using it. Please contact Technical Support if you need to enable this feature.
