"License Expired" error shows while activating the Full Disk Encryption server license

The issue occurs because the ProxyPort is set to 3128 hexadecimal, which is equal to 12584 decimal.

To resolve the issue:

  1. Go to registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Trend Micro, Inc.\NetworkProxy.
  2. Set the value of ProxyPort to 3128 Decimal, which is equal to c38 hexadecimal.
  3. Activate the license again.
