The error message "License Expired" appears during the activation of Full Disk Encryption (FDE) server license. This happens in an environment that uses a proxy settings.
The issue occurs because the ProxyPort is set to 3128 hexadecimal, which is equal to 12584 decimal.
To resolve the issue:
- Go to registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Trend Micro, Inc.\NetworkProxy.
- Set the value of ProxyPort to 3128 Decimal, which is equal to c38 hexadecimal.
- Activate the license again.
