Starting version 6.5, Worry-Free Business Security Services (WFBS-SVC) now supports checking websites that use the latest HTTP/2 protocol in all supported browsers.

Follow the steps in this article to configure HTTPS checking for Web Reputation and URL Filtering on Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge.

  1. Go to Policies.

  2. Go to Global Security Agent Settings > Security Settings.

  3. Under HTTPS Web Threat Protection, enable the following:

    • Enable HTTPS checking for Web Reputation and URL Filtering on Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge

      • Display a notification above the Security Agent icon when an update to the feature requires users to restart Chrome or Firefox
