There will be a protocol change from HTTP (80) to HTTPS (443) for the following Worry-Free Business Security Services FQDNs on Akamai side.

- Error “Unable to Connect to the Server” might be encountered during Security Agent installation if the environment does not support HTTPS redirection. However, this is not a common scenario as Security Agents communicate with the AAL server via HTTPS already.
- If you are still having trouble connecting, please make ensure that port 443 (HTTPS) is not blocked and collect the following information to provide to Trend Micro technical support.
- For Hot fix: CDT to gather debug logs
- For Download and Installer: wfbss_downloader.txt and other Security Agent installation logs
