If the /var is at or near 100% perform an SMS backup and contact support and they will assist you with cleaning up the /var disk partition. This clean up action requires Service Mode Access which should only be used under the direct supervision of TippingPoint support.
To perform the SMS backup, go to Admin--> Database-->Backup and Restore --> Backup Now...and follow the instructions in the Backup Wizard. When the backup is complete, navigate to the link provided in the Backup Status section of the SMS Client Database maintenance page to download the backup.
