Why am I unable to see the LSM summary page at logon?

Summary
The Technical Support Landing Page is enabled on a per-user basis for Administrators and Super Users when the user is created. When the option is enabled for a user, the user will see only this page at login, instead of the standard LSM System Summary page.

If the page has been enabled, the user will see the following web page;

Click to perform the desired operation

Reboot: Reboot the device.
Stop Inspection: This will place the device into Layer-2 Fallback mode.
Log Off: Log off from the device.

  1. Log onto the LSM from a client.
  2. On the navigation menu, click on Authentication > User List to expand.
  3. Select the user you wish to modify.
  4. On the Edit User page, click on Enable technical support landing page to enable or disable accordingly.
  5. Click on Save
