提交病毒案件給趨勢科技技術支援部門以得到進一步支援

1.首先您必須登入My Support,
若您尚未擁有帳號,請參考KB1120104進行註冊
2.登入My Support後請點選新增案件
3.若您之前從未新增過Product Profile,請點選Update or add a product profile,
若已經新增過Product Profile,請直接選擇您所要使用的Product Profile
4.請點選Add a new profile
5.請輸入Profile名稱、產品名稱、產品版本、作業系統、語系、啟動碼
6.勾選所使用的病毒碼及啟用的產品設定(產品設定會依照所選的產品名稱而有所不同)
之後按下Save
7.選擇Product Profile後選擇受影響作業系統、Issue Type選擇Threat Issue,
選擇合適的Issue Category,Virus Pattern Type、輸入問題主旨、上傳樣本 (檔案大小限制為250MB,並請壓縮加密,密碼設定為infected、novirus或virus,若不是設定為上述密碼,系統會無法受理),最後按下Submit送出案件
8.送出案件後可以看到案件編號,可以按下檢視案件去看案件詳細內容
9.案件詳細內容如下

您可以直接從案件中回覆訊息給技術人員(Add an update),

也可以看到技術人員回覆給您的訊息
10.日後登入後也可在主畫面看到您的案件狀態,您隨時可以點擊案件編號來查看案件詳,您也會收到案件相關的通知信件,也可透過此信件回應給技術人員(請勿修改主旨)
