Summary

Trend Micro Remote Manager (TMRM) will be deprecating HTTP port (80) and HTTPS with TLS 1.0/1.1. All Worry-Free Business Security (WFBS) servers being managed will encounter connection issues to TMRM. This means that WFBS will not be able to report and be managed by TMRM. Please refer to the table below for the schedule of this change.

Trend Micro recommends to apply the TMRMagent for WFBS patch to update the program, configuration and installer files. Also, please ensure that the firewall rule allows the connection to the following datacenter URLs via HTTPS port 443.

Take note that previous RMagent version below 3.5.1200 uses HTTP port 80 and TLS 1.0/1.1 to connect to TMRM.
