Follow these steps:

 
Make sure to add new NSG policy to allow Inbound port 4119 to DSM.
 
  1. SSH to the target DSM and confirm the ports used for DSM URL.

  2. Once confirmed, run the DSM command below to change the port to the classic on-prem DSM port which is 4119.

  3. Confirm that the change took effect.

  4. Test the URL.
