1. Log on to the DSM web console.
2. Go to Administration > System Information > System Details.

   

3. Expand System under System Details, then expand Database where the details of the DSM database can be found.

   

If the DSM web console is not accessible, DSM database information can be located in the dsm.properties file.

1. From the DSM server, open file explorer and navigate to the DSM installation directory to locate dsm.properties.

   Example: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Deep Security Manager\webclient\webapps\ROOT\WEB-INF

2. Using Notepad, open dsm.properties.
