Deep Discovery Inspector (DDI) 6.0 (B1208) EN has officially been released and the firmware upgrade package will be available in the Download Center.

The following are some of the new features and enhancements in this version:

TLS Decryption
Traffic Bypass

DDI appliances supporting TLS decryption and traffic bypass requires specific hardware appliances 520E/1200E/4200E/9200E with inline network bypass cards, available in early 2022. For more information, please see installation and deployment guide.
MITRE ATT&CK v9 Support
Service Gateway Integration Enhancement
Virtual Analyzer Enhancement

Recommended Action

DDI 6.0 (B1208) supports upgrading directly from DDI version 5.7 and above.
For DDI versions earlier than version 5.7, please perform a fresh installation or migrate DDI to a supported version first.
Trend Micro recommends that you back up all DDI configurations before migration.
