To deprovision a service account for Google Drive, do the following:
- Log in to CAS Management Console.
- Go to Administration > Service Account.

- Select the Google Drive service account, click Remove, and then click OK to confirm the removal.

- Remove the CAS application for all of your users.
- Log in to Google Workspace Admin Console, and go to Apps > Google Workspace Marketplace Apps > Apps list.

- Click the application named Trend Micro Cloud App Security.

- On the left pane, click DELETE APP.

- Click the DELETE APP button to confirm the removal.

A notification will appear, confirming the removal of the app.

- Log in to Google Workspace Admin Console, and go to Apps > Google Workspace Marketplace Apps > Apps list.
- Remove the Cloud App Security application from the administrator's personal settings.
- Go to Google Account > Security > Third-party apps with account access and click Manage third-party access.

- On the Apps with access to your account screen, click the application named Trend Micro Cloud App Security.

- Click REMOVE ACCESS.

- Click OK to confirm the removal.

- Go to Google Account > Security > Third-party apps with account access and click Manage third-party access.
- Remove the folders created by Cloud App Security from the Google Drive administrator's root directory:
- Temporary folder: trendmicro_cas_temp__dont_change_or_delete
Unshare the temporary folder and make the folder unavailable to others before removing it.
- Quarantine folder: trendmicro_cas_quarantine__dont_change_or_delete
Back up the existing quarantined files if necessary.
- Temporary folder: trendmicro_cas_temp__dont_change_or_delete
