To create Partner Account, do the following:

  1. Go to Trend Micro Partner Portal.
  2. On the upper-left corner, click Join Us.
  3. Provide your company email and country, then click Continue.

  4. Under Verify Partner Account page, locate for your Partner account with the given table. If not listed, select Register as New Company.
  5. On the Register as a New Partner screen, fill in all the required information and then click Next.

  6. Read and acknowledge the Terms and Conditions, and then click on Submit.
     
    Click Download T&C to save a copy of the Terms & Conditions for future use.

  7. You will receive this message showing that “Your Registration form has been submitted successfully”.

  8. Check your email for verification.

To submit a case to Trend Micro Technical Support:

  1. Login to the Trend Micro Partner Portal.
  2. On the Dashboard pane, click on the Submit Support Cases icon.

  3. It will open the New Request form. Fill in all the required fields.

  4. Click Search for end customer to look for your end customer for the case to be dispatched to the proper team.
