Risk Event Overview on Executive Dashboard

On the Risk Overview tab of Executive Dashboard, under Risk Index, customers will see a button called Risk Event Overview. To access the overview, go to:

Executive Dashboard > Risk Overview > Risk Event Overview

By clicking the button, or the large numerical value, customers can view high-level information (risk event count, impacted asset count) about risk factors that affect your organization.

Risk Reduction Measures for Lowering the Risk Index

The Risk Reduction Measures widget on the Operations Dashboard enables you to view information about relevant risk factors and take remediation actions towards specific risk reduction goals. This widget identifies the risk events with the highest impact on the risk index, the assets that these events affect, and the recommended remediation steps. To access the widget, go to:

Operations Dashboard > Risk Factors > Risk Reduction Measures

By default, the widget shows the risk events that you must remediate to lower your risk from either High to Medium, or from Medium to Low. If you prefer, you can view all actionable risk events, by clicking All events.

Click any risk event to view useful information such as recommended remediation steps. Following these recommendations may automatically adjust the risk index, depending on the risk event remediated. You can also lower the risk index by changing the status of risk events to "Closed".

High, Medium, and Low Risk Event Information for Risk Factors

In this release, the Risk factor tabs on the Operations Dashboard (for example, "Account compromise") previously only displayed details about high risk events. Details for medium risk and low risk events are now available, and you can use the filter to view events for your chosen risk level.

Customers may view the original At-Risk Users/Devices screen by clicking the link on the right of the Risk Score chart.
