Refer to the following recommendations:

  • Ensure that endpoints have Security Agent installed. Rerun Common Active Directory Sync Tool and ensure it shows success on the result. If the endpoint is newly added to the organizational unit (OU), wait for the next synchronization to occur.
     
    Check if the endpoints are added to the organizational unit (OU) and NOT the users. Endpoints with Security Agent installed will show on the Unmanaged Endpoint group if the users are the ones added in the OU instead of the endpoints.
     
  • Use the magic link to re-establish the connection to the WFBS-SVC server. Refer to the article, Using the Install Link by Group feature of WFBS-SVC.
  • Prevent Security Agents from having duplicate GUIDs. For more information, refer to the article Duplicate GUID when deploying Worry-Free Business Security (WFBS) agents.
