Follow these steps:
- Log on to the Licensing Management Platform (LMP) web console.
- Go to Users & Licenses > Customers.
- Type the customer name in the "Search for customers" field and select Worry-Free XDR (WFXDR) to filter the customer.
- Click the customer name.
- Under Licenses tab, click the assigned Service Plan.
- Tick the Trend Micro Remote Manager checkbox under Managing Product/Service column in the Product/Service section.
