The issue is observed to occur when the process memory scan feature is enabled and it is using the process memory scan pattern updated on 26-Oct-2023. This feature will be disabled on the November release of Deep Security Manager and in Cloud One - Endpoint & Workload Security. 

To manually disable the memory scan feature in the on-premise Deep Security Manager, execute the command below from the terminal or cmd. 
  1. Login to the Deep Security Manager 
  2. Open the terminal or cmd and go to the install folder of the manager. 
  3. run this command: 
dsm_c - action changesetting -name com.trendmicro.ds.antimalware:settings.configuration.manualProcessMemoryScanEnabled -value "false" 
         The DSM service will restart to apply the changes and you can use the following command to view the setting has changed. 
dsm_c - action viewsetting -name com.trendmicro.ds.antimalware:settings.configuration.manualProcessMemoryScanEnabled

Trend Micro is dedicated to identify the long term fix for this issue and this KB article will be update once the fix is available.
