In the latest DSA release (20.0.0-8438), an issue has been identified in Anti-Malware feature related to SPS when connecting through proxy, created in DSM under Administration > System Settings > Proxies.
In this issue, the agent machine may show a warning related to SPS:
"Smart Protection Server Disconnected for Smart Scan."
To resolve this issue, update DSA to version 20.0.1-690.
