This is due to a compatibility issue between June 2024 Batch 1 build (14.0.13217) and Behavior Monitoring Threat Tracing Pattern x64 (144664) / x86 (144600).

[June 18 Update] To minimize potential impacts, Trend Micro will hold off new program module upgrades for June 26, 2024 maintenance and will only perform backend infrastructure updates.

Customers that have already received Batch 1 June 2024 updates and is experiencing this issue can perform either of the following remediation options:

1. Update Behavior Monitoring Threat Tracing Pattern x64 (144764) / x86 (144700) or higher. (recommended)
2. Temporarily disable Event Monitoring under Policies > Behavior Monitoring > Event Monitoring.
