You need to have OfficeScan 10.6 SP1 or higher.
- Open the ofcscan.ini file in the ...\PCCSRV\ folder on the OfficeScan installation directory.
- Add the following key under the "ICRC_SCAN_INI_SECTION" section and set an appropriate value.

ScheduledWCSServiceSearchIntervalMin={x}Where "x" is the interval in minutes for checking whether SPS is online or offline for Web Reputation queries. The default interval is three minutes but users can set any time interval between one and 60 minutes.
- Open the OfficeScan server web console and do the following:
- For OfficeScan 10.6: Go to the Networked Computers > Global Client Settings page.
- For OfficeScan 11.0/XG: Go to Agents > Global Agent Settings page.
- Click Save to deploy the setting to clients/agents.
The OfficeScan client/agent program automatically installs the following registry key:
