The issue is related with Cisco Anyconnect Secure Mobility. By default, this software also installs the Web Security component unless you uncheck it during the installation process.
To resolve the issue, open the Terminal Console and execute the command:
sudo /opt/cisco/anyconnect/bin/websecurity_uninstall.sh
This will remove the Web Security component of Cisco Anyconnect Secure Mobility.
