Do any of the following:

Option I: From the Worry-Free Business Security (WFBS) server

  1. Go to the C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\WFRMAgentForWFBS directory.
  2. Right-click the csmplugin.dll file, then click Properties > Version tab to see the build number.

Option II: From the TMRM console

  1. Log in to the TMRM console.
  2. Go to the Customers tab.
  3. Choose the customer using WFBS Standard or Advanced.
  4. On the left pane, click on the arrow besides All Products to expand the network tree.
  5. Select and highlight WFBS.
  6. Under the TMRM Agent, look for the Agent version.
