To clear the Security Risk Detections counter:

  1. In the OfficeScan web console, click Agents > Agent Management, and then select the root domain.

  2. Click the Status button. The View Status pop-up window should appear.

  3. Click the Reset button on which Security Risk you wanted to reset, then click OK to continue.

  4. Once complete, notice that the Security Risk statistics has been cleared.
