Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your MySupport Account.
  2. Click your account and select Dashboard.
  3. Go to the Case List section to view the cases that you submitted.

  4. Select the case you want to upload an attachment to.
  5. Under the Case detail section, click Add attachment. This will give you the option to submit files.

  6. Click Add and search for the file that you want to submit, then click Post.

  7. Once done, it will be listed under File Attachment.
