Summary

The issue occurs when IWSS is configured in Internet Content Adaptation Protocol (ICAP) mode with a NetCache proxy server. By default, NetCache does not send the Content Length header in ICAP mode. Because of this, the browser is unable to identify the total size of the downloaded file. Also, the download percentage information is not shown on the download manager window.

To resolve the issue:

Open the NetCache command line with a telnet or terminal console.
On the command line, type set config.icapv1.incl_cont_len on.
Close the console.
