Views:

Do the following:

  1. Open the smconf.nsf database.
  2. Click ConfigurationsPolicies and then double-click the policy name that contains the mail scan rule for updating.
  3. Click the Mail Scan tab and then double-click the rule name in which to activate the Exit flag option.
  4. Select the Stop processing succeeding rules if the mail matches this rule (enable Exit flag) option.
  5. Click Save & Close.
