To resolve the issue:

Go to the IS management console.
Click on IS server > Domain > Install new SPNT.
Select Server Source (installed Normal Server) > Server Name > Add IP Address
Click Add, and then click Ok.
Click Logon to Target Servers.
Fill in the requirements. Leave the Domain field blank if it is not the domain controller.
Click OK.
The installation is automatic and a confirmation prompt will appear after the installation is done.

Summary

When installing the ServerProtect for Windows (SPNT) or ServerProtect for Storage (SPFS) Normal Server, the following error message appears:

Unable to find ServerName when installing ServerProtect Normal Server

To resolve the issue:
