Select the Outlook version that you are using for the steps in resolving this issue:

For Outlook 2007

  1. On your Outlook, go to Tools.
  2. Select Trust Center.
  3. Go to Add-ins.
  4. Under Manage, select COM Add-ins and click Go.
  5. Tick the TMAS Addin checkbox.
  6. Close and reopen Outlook.

The TMAS toolbar is now displayed.

For Outlook 2010

  1. Go to the affected client machine and open the command prompt.
  2. Change the directory to $\Program Files\Trend Micro\Security Agent\TMAS\TMAS_OL\x86 and type the following command:

    regsvr32 -u Redemption.dll

  3. Wait for the prompt notifying you that the .dll is successfully unregistered. Then type:

    regsvr32 -u TMAS_OLA.dll

  4. Wait for the prompt notifying you that the .dll is successfully unregistered. Then type:

    regsvr32 Redemption.dll

  5. Wait for the prompt notifying you that the .dll is successfully unregistered. Then type:

    regsvr32 TMAS_OLA.dll

  6. Wait for the message notifying you that the .dll is successfully registered.
  7. Close the Outlook client for 5-10 minutes and then open it.
  8. Verify if the TMAS toolbar is now showing.
