Select the Outlook version that you are using for the steps in resolving this issue:
For Outlook 2007
- On your Outlook, go to Tools.
- Select Trust Center.
- Go to Add-ins.
- Under Manage, select COM Add-ins and click Go.
- Tick the TMAS Addin checkbox.
- Close and reopen Outlook.
The TMAS toolbar is now displayed.
For Outlook 2010
- Go to the affected client machine and open the command prompt.
- Change the directory to $\Program Files\Trend Micro\Security Agent\TMAS\TMAS_OL\x86 and type the following command:
regsvr32 -u Redemption.dll
- Wait for the prompt notifying you that the .dll is successfully unregistered. Then type:
regsvr32 -u TMAS_OLA.dll
- Wait for the prompt notifying you that the .dll is successfully unregistered. Then type:
regsvr32 Redemption.dll
- Wait for the prompt notifying you that the .dll is successfully unregistered. Then type:
regsvr32 TMAS_OLA.dll
- Wait for the message notifying you that the .dll is successfully registered.
- Close the Outlook client for 5-10 minutes and then open it.
- Verify if the TMAS toolbar is now showing.
