Summary

The Deep Security Manager installed on Windows 2008 server was unable to generate an agent diagnostic package. The following error message appears:

Unable to generate a diagnostic package. Please consult the server0.log in the installation directory for more information.

Prior to getting the above error, you will get a message saying that the Internet Explorer blocked this site form downloading files to your computer.

To download and generate the agent diagnostic package:

Go to Internet Options > Security tab.
Select Trusted sites and then click the Custom level button.
Go to Downloads and then click Enablefor the following:
- Automatic prompting for file downloads
- File download
- Font download
Click OK.
