The backup file was generated by TSC.exe. You can restore the cleaned items by doing the following:

 

This command will restore all the files and registries in the backup file.
  1. Go to the tool folder and then look for the tsc.exe file.
  2. Run the following command:

    tsc.exe /RESTORE=

    Example:

    tsc.exe /RESTORE=c:\test\backup\TSC_GENCLEAN_2010_05_06_17_48_50_455_035.DAT
